LPC Music Photography Works CIC – Terms & Conditions

By booking with LPC Music Photography Works CIC, you agree to the following:

💷 1. Booking, Deposit & Payment

• A £100 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• The full balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or arranged cash.
• Late or unpaid balances may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

❌ 2. Cancellations & RefundsI'm 

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to emergency, illness, or unsafe conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

✅ 3. Setup, Access & Parking

To ensure a smooth event, clients must provide:

• Photo Booth (Selfie or 360):
  🔹 Minimum space: 7ft wide x 7ft deep (2.1m x 2.1m)
  🔹 Flat, dry indoor area or sheltered outdoor space
• DJ Setup:
  🔹 Minimum space: 10ft wide x 6ft deep (3m x 1.8m)
  🔹 Safe power source (13A socket within 10ft / 3m)
• PA System:
  🔹 Varies — allow at least 8ft x 5ft (2.5m x 1.5m)
• Access & Parking:
  🔹 Clear vehicle access close to setup area
  🔹 One reserved parking space for loading/unloading
  🔹 Notify us in advance if there are stairs, no lift, or tight access

🛑 4. Health, Safety & Liability

• Our staff are trained to safely operate all equipment
• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable and safe
• We are not liable for injury, venue damage, or disruption caused by:
  
  • Venue conditions
  • Guest behaviour
  • Power issues or weather (for outdoor events)
• Deliberate damage by guests is chargeable to the booking client

📸 5. Photos & Media Consent

LPC Music Photography Works CIC may capture photos or short videos during your event to promote our work on social media or marketing materials.

You may choose to give or deny permission in the booking form.

🔒 6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We only collect details needed to deliver your service
• Your data is kept safe and never shared outside our organisation
• We follow UK GDPR — you can request to view or delete your data anytime

📩 7. Communication

We will contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp for:

• Booking confirmation
• Setup questions
• Final event details (sent 72 hours before your event)
