What does lpc stand for?
LPC stands for Love, Passion, Community — the three values behind everything we do.
Where are you based?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or summer events.
We’re based in Langold (Worksop) and operate across South Yorkshire, with storage at Safestore Sheffield, Unit 16, Russell Street S3 8RW.
How far in advance should i book?
How do i secure my booking?
Simply pay your deposit online through our secure checkout — once confirmed, we’ll email your booking form and details.
What deposits do you require?
£75 – Photo Booth / Photography / DJ; £50 – PA or Lighting Hire; £25 – Workshops
Do you refund deposits if an event is cancelled?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll happily reschedule your date if notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
Can i change my package after booking?
Yes — upgrades or time extensions can be added up to 7 days before your event (subject to availability).
How do i make the final payment?
Final balances can be paid online or in person before setup on the event day.
What kind of photography do you offer?
We specialise in event, music, live performance, and celebration photography, along with creative promo shoots for artists and venues.
Do you offer editing and retouching?
Yes — all packages include basic editing, while Silver & Gold include advanced colour, lighting, and retouch work.
How many photos will i receive?
Bronze ≈ 100+; Silver ≈ 120+ (plus 20 fully edited); Gold ≈ 150+ (plus premium edits + USB album)
How do i get my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery and/or a USB drive depending on your package.
Can i use the photos for social media or promo?
Do you cover weddings or corporate events?
Yes — we photograph weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and community events across Yorkshire.
Absolutely — all photos come with personal or business use rights (just tag @lpcmusicphotographyworks if shared publicly).
What’s the difference between your booths?
Selfie Booth: Simple, interactive, perfect for small parties. Magic Mirror: Full-length touchscreen with animations & props. 360 Booth: Creates slow-motion, cinematic video clips.
Do the booths include prints?
Yes — all include unlimited prints and digital copies via QR or AirDrop.
Do you provide props and backdrops?
Yes — we supply themed props, LED signs, and red-carpet setups.
Can we personalise our booth?
Absolutely — we offer custom overlays, branded templates, and start-screens to match your theme.
What music styles do your djs play?
Everything from house, R&B, and pop to Motown and disco classics — we tailor sets to your crowd.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
Yes — we offer full PA & lighting hire, including wireless mics, smoke machines, and stage effects.
Can i send my own playlist?
Of course — we’ll mix in your requests and build the vibe around them.
Do you travel outside sheffield?
Yes — we cover all of South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire.
Do you run workshops or training?
Yes — we offer DJ and Photo Booth workshops (6–18 weeks) teaching real industry skills with certificates.
Who can join your workshops?
Anyone aged 16 + is welcome — we especially support disabled and disadvantaged creatives.
Do you offer volunteer or placement opportunities?
Yes — community volunteers can help at events, assist with media, or support workshops.
Are you insured?
Yes — full public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment for all setups.
Do you have accessibility support?
Absolutely — we adapt venues, setups, and teaching methods for accessibility.
Can i hire you for charity or community projects?
Yes — we often collaborate on funded or discounted creative projects with local partners.
