5️⃣ BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS (FOR ONLINE SERVICES)

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of deposit or written confirmation from LPC Music Photography Works CIC.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 25–50 %) secures the date.
• Full balance is due by the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer or approved electronic method.

3. Cancellations

• Client cancellations ≥ 30 days before event → deposit retained, balance refunded.
• Cancellations < 30 days → full balance payable unless re-booked.
• LPC Music Photography Works CIC reserves the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances; any payments will then be refunded in full.

4. Liability & Insurance

We hold Public Liability Insurance and take reasonable care of all equipment and guests.  We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

5. Media Rights

By attending or booking our services, you grant permission for LPC Music Photography Works CIC to use non-sensitive photos/video captured for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control (e.g. illness, weather, power failure, venue closure).
