3. Booking
A booking is confirmed only when:

4. Deposit
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking date.

5. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. Cancellation by the Client
If you cancel:

If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:

8. Event Delays

- The booked finish time will normally remain unchanged unless additional time is agreed and available.
- Extra time may be subject to additional charges.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

10. Equipment
All equipment remains the property of LPC Music Photography Works CIC unless hired under a separate hire agreement.
Clients must not:

11. Damage
The client may be responsible for damage caused by:
- Negligence.

12. Photography & Marketing

If you do not wish your event images to be used, please let us know before the event.
13. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to stop or refuse any activity if it presents a health and safety risk to staff, clients or guests.
14. Behaviour
We reserve the right to stop providing services where staff experience:
- Abuse
- Threatening behaviour
- Violence
- Illegal activity
No refund will normally be provided if services are ended because of such behaviour.
15. Liability
We will take reasonable care in providing our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Deposit
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before your event, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
If payment is not received on time, we may cancel your booking.
3. Client Cancellation
If you cancel your booking:
- The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable.
- If the remaining balance has already been paid, any refund will depend on how much notice is given and any costs already incurred.
Notice Period
More than 30 days before the event
- Deposit retained.
- Remaining balance (if paid) refunded, less any agreed costs already incurred.
8–30 days before the event
- Deposit retained.
- We may retain additional reasonable costs already committed to your booking.
7 days or fewer before the event
- A refund may not be available because the date has been reserved and preparations are likely to have been completed.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to change your event date:
- We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Your deposit may be transferred to the new date if agreed.
5. Cancellation by LPC Music Photography Works CIC
If we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, we will:
- Offer an alternative date where possible; or
- Refund payments you have made for the affected service.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

7. No Access to Venue
If our team cannot access the venue at the agreed time because of circumstances outside our control, additional charges may apply if extra time or travel is required.
8. Client No-Show
If the client or organiser does not attend the event or cannot be contacted at the agreed time and place, the booking will normally be treated as completed and refunds will not usually be available.
9. Equipment Hire
For equipment-only hires:
- Equipment must be returned on time and in the condition it was supplied.
- The hirer may be responsible for loss or damage caused while the equipment is in their care.
- Late return charges may apply if stated in the hire agreement.
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and Collection
