Terms Conditions For PA Systems Service


1. Booking & Payment

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full balance is due 7 days before your event.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once deposit payment has been received.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or through our official booking platform.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: no further charges (deposit is retained).
  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or on the day: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

3. Setup & Operation

  • PA systems are delivered, installed, and tested by our LPC technicians.
  • Clients are not permitted to adjust wiring, speakers, or equipment unless authorised.
  • Please allow at least 1 hour before your event for setup and sound check.
  • Equipment remains the property of LPC Music Photography Works CIC at all times.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • PA systems are to be used only for the agreed event and purpose.
  • LPC reserves the right to remove equipment if it is used unsafely or without authorisation.
  • Outdoor use must be approved in advance and may require cover or weather protection.

5. Damages & Loss

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment during the hire period due to negligence or misuse.
  • A charge may be incurred for repair or replacement of damaged components.

6. Health & Safety

  • Equipment is PAT tested and operated by qualified staff.
  • Clients must ensure a safe, dry, and stable power supply is available.
  • Cables and equipment will be installed safely, but clients are responsible for informing guests or other vendors of setup locations to avoid tripping or obstruction.

7. Force Majeure

  • LPC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen emergencies (e.g. power outages, illness, accidents, or weather).
  • In such cases, a full refund or credit toward a future booking will be offered.

8. Media Use

  • By hiring our PA system, you agree that LPC may record or photograph your event (e.g. setup or promotional use) unless requested otherwise in writing.
