Photo Booth & 360 Setup Requirements
1. Room Size Requirements
360 Photo Booth:
- Minimum: 3m x 3m (10ft x 10ft)
- Ceiling Height: at least 8ft (2.4m)
- Extra space for staff and crowd
Selfie Booth:
- Enclosed: 2.5m x 2.5m
- Open-air: 2m x 2m with backdrop
- Add space for guest queue and staff access
2. Power & Socket Requirements
- One 13A standard UK plug
- Use a 5m+ extension lead
- Ensure socket is not overloaded
3. Loading and Setup Logistics
- Vehicle access for loading near venue
- Setup time: 30-60 minutes
- Pack down: 30-45 minutes
- Confirm if there are stairs or a lift
4. Ideal Surface for Setup
- Solid, flat floor (no grass or gravel)
- Indoors preferred
- Outdoors must have a gazebo or tent
- Power must be nearby
5. Wi-Fi or Data Use (Optional)
