Terms & Conditions – Photo Booth Services 

Provided by LPC Music Photography Works CIC

1. Booking & Payment

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
  • Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit retained, no further charge.
  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: 100% of hire fee is payable.

3. Service Duration & Use

  • Photo Booths will be set up and ready to use at the scheduled time, with setup included in your hire period.
  • Clients must ensure there is suitable space (minimum 2.5m x 2.5m), power, and access.
  • Booth usage is for guests only. LPC staff will supervise and support throughout.
  • Props are sanitised between sessions and must be used respectfully.

4. Health & Safety

  • Use of fog machines or bubble machines may affect those with respiratory conditions; clients are responsible for notifying guests.
  • Children must be supervised when using enhancements.
  • LPC Music Photography Works CIC is not responsible for accidents caused by misuse of enhancements by attendees.

5. Damages & Liability

  • Any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse, negligence, or interference may result in repair or replacement charges.
  • LPC is fully insured for public liability, but not responsible for third-party actions beyond our control.

6. Digital Effects

  • Digital masks or effects are preloaded and cannot be customised during the event unless previously arranged.
  • We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party software or platforms.

7. Force Majeure

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, power failure, illness, or emergencies.
  • If we must cancel, a full refund or rebooking will be offered.

8. Photo & Video Usage

  • With your permission, photos and footage featuring the enhancements may be used in our marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
